Solta Island Travel Guide

Island of Solta is the 13th largest island of Croatia located in the very heart of Adriatic Dalmatia. With 19 km long and 5 km wide, the island and 7 nearby islets cover nearly 57,9 square kilometers. Solta Island is situated so close to Split that it may be called the marine suburb of this Croatian metropolis. The population of the island is over 1,500.

Restaurants. Holidays on Solta can’t be imagined without its gourmet cuisine. The largest part of bars, restaurants, pizzerias and disco-clubs of the Solta Island is concentrated in the Stomorska village – the most developed touristic center on the island.
